How to Broadcast
To begin broadcasting, you must first schedule an event. Scheduling
a broadcast is a simple process and can be done in one of three ways:
Schedule a broadcast from the Event by Wire website (http://www.eventbywire.com/). This
can be done from any computer with an Internet connection.
Log into MyAccount with your user name and password.
Click the “Schedule a Broadcast” icon.
Enter Date, Time, and Title of the event.
You can also
specify template style, email, and password.
When finished click the “Schedule this Broadcast” button.
Your event is now scheduled and ready for broadcasting. See Starting
a Broadcast next.
The broadcast can also be scheduled from the laptop itself after
you have logged into the Blaze² system.
When the Blaze² program loads, type in your username and
password to log in.
Once logged in, click the Administration tab in the upper right
hand corner.
Click the “Schedule a Broadcast” icon.
Enter Date, Time, and Title of the event.
You can also
specify template style, email, and password.
When finished click the “Schedule this Broadcast” button.
The third way to schedule a broadcast is from the main page of the
Blaze² system.
When the Blaze² program loads, type in your username and
password to log in.
After logging in interface provides you a button to immediately
schedule a broadcast if necessary.
Click the button to schedule the Blaze² scheduling window.
Enter Date, Time, and Title of the event.
You can also
specify template style, email, and password.
When finished click the “Schedule Event” button.
When completed you will be sent an Email notification
of your broadcast.
