Viewing and Changing your Profile

Your online Profile contains important information about the account(s) authorized to broadcast for your company. You can access the profiles page by logging onto your account on the Event by Wire website*. Once logged in select the PROFILE button to access your profile.

 

Changing your Profile: Your profile information includes your name, email address, password and user type. Click the EDIT link to change your settings.

 

Adding Users: If your account has Administrator status you can add, change or delete additional accounts. The two user types available are Broadcasters and Client Administrators.

 

Broadcasters Broadcasters are those users who are authorized to broadcast an event using the hardware and software kit..

 

Client Administrators Client Administrators are those users who are authorized to broadcast an event using the hardware and software kit. Client Administrators can create additional authorized users for your company and assign them their own Broadcaster or Administrator status.

 

* Note: This page can also be accessed through the Broadcaster software by selecting the Administration tab.
