Event by Wire Webcasting Fixed Camera Maintenance

As we travel across the country and visit our clients, we find ways to improve our services. Recently we noticed a webcast that was not as clear as it should be and certainly was upon installation.

What did we find?

Just a little dust and condensation that needed a simple cleaning! We removed the lense cover (only 4 screws), cleaned the camera cover, and "vuala,"

a beautifully clear picture again!

Check from time to time your webcasting equipment and make sure it is clean. Brush it off and wipe it with a cleaning solution and micro-cloth designed for plastic and/or glass.

A little tip: Stoner "Invisible Glass Premium Windshield Cleaner with Rain Repellent" works great on camera plastic covers and glass.
